We welcome exhibitors in any of the categories listed in the Show Schedule, which include displays of orchids in bloom, floral arrangements, educational displays relating to orchids, fine arts, painting and photography. Displays must of course feature orchids and should be of a standard suitable for viewing by the public. Although many of our exhibitors put on spectacular displays, you do not need to have a very large number of plants. Some of our most successful exhibitors enter a relatively modest display in the minimum category (1-5 plants). After all, often it is quality that counts more than quantity! Please click here for more information about entering an exhibit.
If you are thinking of entering an exhibit we urge you to register in good time - please visit the main Shows tab to find entry forms and the Show Schedule, which includes the show rules and requirements. We do accept last minute entries but we may not be able to offer you the space or the location you prefer. Please note: you must be a member of the society in order to enter an exhibit of your own. Exhibits are also entered by vendors at the show and by out-of-town societies, who are invited to participate.
Our Art Gallery has become very popular and successful, and for those of you who are artistically minded this is the place for you. Again, please register ahead of time and please take note of the show requirements when submitting your entry.
